. Housing Prototypes | Ajuda _ Lisbon, Portugal .

Academic Project | FA-UTL

An urban void between two warehouses within parallel concrete walls was the chosen location for the housing prototypes in Lisbon.

Each housing prototype has 30sqm and must accommodate two people, together, these must create an architectural and urban solution/system capable to resolve and offer a quality public space.

The housing prototypes access is made laterally through the exterior access corridors and the housing volumes are disposed at the level 1 crossing the space, connecting both concrete walls. This way the ground floor is released for public activities and used as a pedestrian street that connects the south General Joao Almeida street to the upper garden.
